COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDINGS, AGED CARE FACILITIES, OFFICE BUILDINGS & INDUSTRIAL SITES may require thermostatic mixing valves to be installed, annual testing and servicing of thermostatic mixing and tempering valves must be undertaken to ensure the valves are operating correctly and recorded in a register as per AS 4032.3;
BACK-FLOW PREVENTION devices may require installation in commercial or industrial sites including aged care facilities, laboratories, petrol stations, wash down bays, cleaners rooms and plant rooms etc, by regulation these devices must be tested annually by a licensed tester
G2 TECH have trained and qualified personal to carry out the testing and reporting of thermostatic mixing valves, tempering valves and back-flow prevention devices.
WATER FILTRATION, ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION, COPPER SILVER IONISATION SYSTEMS all require specialised servicing in order to maintain the equipment at optimum levels of operation. G2 TECH have vast experience in both the installation and servicing of this equipment
WATER TESTING for both class and the presence of Legionella can be integrated into the facilities programmed maintenance regime when required.
To ensure a maximum uptime and a reliable operation of your plant and equipment G2 TECH offers an annual preventive maintenance agreement. When selected our Computerized Maintenance Management System, or CMMS, is employed to help streamline maintenance operations. Once equipment data is entered, our CMMS is used to schedule preventative maintenance for plant, and act as a messenger service to log and deliver work orders.
*Although G2 TECH encourages a preventative maintenance program we can still be engaged for a traditional service or breakdown callout if it is a preferred option.

Selecting the appropriate pump/set for the duty will not only reduce the capital spend from the outset but ensures a lifetime of reduced running and maintenance costs, bigger is not always better when it comes to sizing individual pumps or pump packages.
The basics of pump sizing are suction lift and the net positive suction head; flow rate and discharge pressure. Discharge pressure usually has to take into account frictional losses at the nominated peak flow rate, geodetic height and the desired residual pressure at the nominated flow rate at the most disadvantaged point of discharge.

Our packaged warm water systems* can be retrofitted to an existing facility or integrated at the design stage. With a centralized thermostatic mixing valve station incorporating a dual ring main pump set and sterilization system the G2- Aeris reduces installation time. It is easily maintained and has been designed in conjunction with some of the leading aged care facility providers. Delivering world-class design consultancy we provide proven warm water engineering outcomes fit for Australia's stringent regulations in all States and Territories.
With traditional warm water systems predominately relying on UV disinfection to ensure Legionella is not detected within the system they are also heavily reliant on a specialized maintenance regime. UV lamps, ballasts and sleeves are high cost spare parts and not always readily available with a system that relies on a kill on pass basis.
G2 TECH utilize the latest Copper Silver Ionization disinfection process which is the only disinfection method that will safely provide a residual barrier within the ring main and stored water vessels. With “dead legs” and decommissioned plant and facility a traditional source of legionella outbreak a residual disinfection can substantially reduce or eliminate unforeseen high legionella counts.
